Founded in 2008, PENN was built with a clear point of view: take ownership of the work and deliver it the right way. As our customers’ projects became more complex, we made a deliberate decision to expand—not broadly, but with purpose—planting our flag in three core divisions: steel erection, fabrication, and rebar. That focus gives our customers a stronger partner, tighter coordination across disciplines, and the confidence that comes from working with a team that controls the critical pieces of the build.

PENN is supported by a seasoned Advisory Board composed of six accomplished executives from across the construction industry.
Penn benefits from a depth of specialized perspective and trusted counsel. The Advisory Board includes an attorney with deep experience in construction law, a CPA focused on construction accounting, a surety expert in bonding and insurance, and four senior construction executives with firsthand understanding of the building process.
